Q: I’ve been rejected. What now?

We’re sorry to hear that we were unable to match you with a loan that fits your needs at this time. We are actively working with our lending partners to expand the loan options through our site and make it easier for our customers to find the right loan. If you’re looking for additional loan options or financial products, please check out our “Other Products” page located on the top righthand side of the menu bar.

Q: I have bad credit. Should I still apply?

While we can’t guarantee approval for a loan, we do work hard to have great options available regardless of credit standing. Checking your loan options will not affect your credit score.

Q: Is your service safe?

We’re a BBB accredited business and only work with trusted lenders. Our BBB profile can be accessed here. Q: Do I need a bank account?

Yes, at this time all of our lending partners require a bank account to allow for efficient transfer of funds.
